During the first appointment you will prepare and taste homemade pasta.
During the second one you will make some “Schiacciatine”, the Florentine crispy flat breads to be served with “affettati” (cold cuts) and cheeses.
To learn the names of the ingredients such as “un pizzico di sale” (a pinch of salt), “una spruzzata di limone” (a squeeze of lemon),
the kitchen tools (pan, ladle, grater …) and activities (fry, strain pasta, etc).
Try the lampredotto tripe sandwich street food, better if accompanied by a glass of red wine or a “spuma bionda”.
To chat and greet friends who are returning back home, in front of a good plate of spaghetti or a delicious tiramisù!
